SHIPPING & RETURNS
After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
Free standard shipping in the contiguous United States on all orders.

Orders with in-stock inventory will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. This does not include transit time. Once your items leave our warehouse standard shipping could take 4-7 business days.

All items will be shipped from our warehouse in Atlanta, GA.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
If you need the giftbox delivered immediately, we offer expedited and next day shipping. Shipping options and charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Expedited orders received Monday - Friday by 3 PM (EST), will be processed the same day. Orders received after 3 PM (EST) and on weekends, will ship out the following business day.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the gift box at Contact@SimplyStatedGifts.com to alert us of the damage. We will notify you to return the damaged item for a replacement if available or optional giftbox exchange. If a comparable item is not available, we will notify you to return the giftbox for a full refund of the purchase price.

Refund (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 7 days.
Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend all returns be sent back with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the item is adequately packaged for return. Simply Stated Gifts cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
